Beef Burger Stroganoff
Ingredients
1/2 cup minced
onions
2 cups heavy
cream
1 cup sour
cream
2 garlic
cloves, minced
1/4 cup butter
1 lb ground
beef
2 Tbs corn
starch mixed with 2 Tbs water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cracked
pepper
½ pound of Cremini mushrooms, sliced, sautéed
1 (12 ounce)
bags egg noodles, cooked
Directions
1.
Put heavy cream in a saucepan or skillet and bring to a simmer but don’t
boil

Sauté mushrooms over medium heat and add to heavy cream
3.
Sauté onion and
garlic in butter over medium heat and
add to heavy cream
4.
Add salt and pepper
5.
Brown burger in
the skillet that the garlic, onions, and mushrooms were sautéed in, then add to
heavy cream
6.
Deglaze the skillet with ¼ cup of water or beef stock and add to the heavy
cream
7.
Bring back to a simmer for 10 minutes
8.
Stir in sour
cream until heated. Serve over noodles
