Restricted Diet Recipes

Why recipes with no dairy, or gluten, ... well, for the record, I use no products that have dyes, or gums, or TBHQ, or PGPR, or vanillin, or MSG- including all the other names for MSG, or artificial or natural "flavorings". Other parts of the world have outlawed many of these things. One would think that they did that for a reason, right?
I have a number of family and friends that have differing food allergies. Because of that I have searched out recipes that fit their needs. Not just fit the requirements, but like the rest of the recipes on this site and the The Oregon Iron Viking, the recipes have to be something that anyone would enjoy and want to eat again. To the point that if I make these recipes and don't tell the people that I'm serving them to, they would not know that the dish was dairy or gluten free and think it was a fine meal that they would want to have again and again.
For myself, dietary restrictions? From the day the first tomato is picked at my house (usually the middle of July) until the last one is eaten (usually sometime in November as the tomatoes picked green before the first frost and layered in boxes in the house and ripened there) at least two meals a day MUST contain raw tomato. Guy Clark said it best in his song, "Home Grown Tomatoes".
All kidding aside, on this page I will re-post all recipes that fit the dietary restrictive categories. Example given: Fajitas - served on corn tortillas they are glutton free. Served without cheese they are dairy free. That being said, you will find them listed under Mexican Recipes, the main Alphabetical Recipe Listing, Dairy Free Recipes, and Gluten Free Recipes
