Cinnamon Rolls

Start with Rapid Basic White Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
·          1 ½  cups water
·          3 tablespoons powdered milk
·          3 tablespoons butter
·          ¼ cup honey
·          1 teaspoon salt
·          4 1/4 cups bread flour
·          2 teaspoons yeast
Directions
1.   Add first five ingredients to machine
2.   Add flour, form a small “bowl” in the top of the flour and add yeast into the “bowl”
3.   Select “dough” setting
4.   Turn on machine
5.   When dough is done, turn out on lightly floured rolling surface
6.   Roll out to 24” X 12”or wider
7.   Butter dough surface lightly and shake cinnamon/sugar mix over surface (add nuts or raisins if       desired)
8.   Roll up “jelly roll” fashion
9.   Grease (butter) a 9”X13” pan or two muffin tins.
10. Liberally sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over the bottom of the pan.
11. Cut rolled dough into 12 pieces
12. Place into the pan spaced evenly
13. Cut tops in a cross with scissors and dust the tops with cinnamon-sugar mix liberally
14. Place into oven preheated to 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned nicely
15. When done, invert pan onto wax paper and let drip for a minute.
16. Lift pan edge with a knife and remove pan
17. Invert rolls onto a new sheet of wax paper and let cool as the caramel drips down into the rolls
