Anybody
Can Do It Fast and Easy Chili
This is an easy recipe for chili that can be made in a
hurry, or not. It can be made for a few, or a lot. It may be hot, or maybe not. The result will
be just as consistent as you are. Bottom line? Nobody with a working taste bud
in their mouth will tell you it’s not good.

.
Ingredients:
(adjust
for the size of the crowd)
1 pound hamburger – fried,
crumbled, and drained
I quart of tomato juice
1 jar of salsa – keep in
mind, it will get hotter as it cooks
1 can of diced tomatoes
4 cups beans – red, black,
kidney, pinto – your choice
1 Tbs chili powder – more if
desired
1 Tbs cumin – more if
desired
Salt to taste – if it tastes
“flat” it needs more salt
.
.
How To:
Mix in a large
pan/kettle/dutch oven and simmer. How long? Heat and serve now if you’re in a
hurry. Simmer for an hour or put it in a slow cooker over night.
Remember... always follow recipes exactly! (yeah right)
