Cabbage Soup


6 large green onions (1 bunch) or 1 med white sweet onion
2 bell peppers, any color (optional)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 quart of tomato sauce
4 stalks of celery, sliced1
1 medium zucchini, diced
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 quart chicken or vegetable stock (broth has salt)
Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.*
