1 tbsp corn starch
In a small saucepan, whisk together hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, rice
vinegar, sugar, vegetable broth, garlic, ginger and corn starch over medium
heat. Allow to simmer until mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes, then remove
from heat and set aside.
Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 minced clove garlic
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
hot sauce added as desired (Daves - 1 good
drop)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
