Ingredients
1 ½ cups Plus 1
Tablespoon Cake Flour
¼ teaspoons Salt
1 ½ Tablespoons
Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
1 ½ teaspoons
Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Butter
Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix together milk, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir
gently until just blended.
Melt butter and add it to the batter, stir gently to
combine.
Cook on a greased skillet over medium-low heat until
golden brown.
