Kick Stir Fry Sauce
Makes a pint
¾ cup soy sauce
½ cup oyster sauce
(Vegetarian works fine)
½ cup real maple
syrup
¼ cup rice vinegar
1/8 cup Dijon
mustard
2 Tbs sriracha sauce
2 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs minced ginger
I call this “Side
Kick” because it has an addictive, but not overpowering flavor. Great on veggies,
meat/veggie combos, or lettuce wraps.
