The Best Fresh Quick Easy Salsa



6 tomatoes cored and diced small to dipping size

1 purple onion diced

4 cloves of garlic chopped

3 tbsp. cilantro chopped

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

1 can diced jalapenos

1 can diced green chilies

2 bunches green table onions
1 tbsp. cumin

Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and add salt slowly until the peak flavor is reached. If it is too hot, add more tomatoes. If it is not hot enough add jalapenos or Dave’s Insanity Sauce. Fresh chilies and jalapenos can be used, but I have contacts. Pepper juice and contacts are a bad combination.

Makes about 2 pints.
