Baked Omelet Roll


Ingredients
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
1. Place eggs and milk in a blender. Add the flour, salt and pepper; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set.
2. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up omelet in pan, starting with a short side. Place with seam side down on a serving platter. Cut into 3/4-in. slices.

    Thanks so much for giving me the link to your blog!! I made this Baked Omelet Roll for breakfast this morning and it was delicious!! Next time I will try adding some extras. This definitely will be one of my regulars. I'm already planning on which recipe of yours I'll be making next.
